Ten Toes is searching for a Video Content Manager to join our content team and work closely with a leading rightsholder. The successful applicant will oversee the production of social video content across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and Threads, as well as leading on the ideation, production and delivery of best-in-class video content from matchdays and media sessions. You will also work closely with our content managers to align on channel plans and ideas.

We’re looking for someone with a creative eye for identifying, producing and delivering video content that stands out from the crowd on social media. The individual will provide trusted support to our internal content managers and a major rightsholder, delivering leading video output to help them engage and grow their audiences.
For this role, we’re looking for an individual who has excellent experience editing social-first video content, understands what works across different platforms and how to optimise content for each one, recognises how to maximise content opportunities across matchdays and media days and, ultimately, is extremely creative.
The successful candidate will also be able to showcase how they have worked closely with internal or external stakeholders to align on content plans and how to execute them.
It goes without saying, the successful applicant will need to be passionate, dedicated and sociable, with strong communication skills a must for this fast-paced, high-intensity position. Being proactive, confidence in selling in video ideas and a keen eye for spotting social trends – from both in and out of sport – will also be crucial to succeed in this position.

Our Video Content Manager will lead on the ideation, capture, production and editing of video content for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and Threads. The candidate will work closely with our internal content managers and a leading rightsholder in football to deliver best-in-class content across channels, helping to maximise growth, engagement and monetisation opportunities. The role holder will work across matchdays and capture on-the-ground footage at shoots and events.

Lead on the ideation, production and publication of short-form video content and social-first concepts
Own the end-to-end creative and production workflow across key client channels
Write creative briefs for media access days and matchday content capture – ensuring the individual is well briefed and clear on expectations
Lead the video output for multiple social channels across matchdays
Collaborate and align with our internal content managers on content plans and schedules
Attend access days and manage the capture of mobile content – from cultural trends to timeless pieces
Collaborate with the wider internal team on identifying emerging trends and turning around content at pace to increase engagement across channels
A direct contact for clients regarding social video edits and requests
Act as a go-to within the agency for social-first video content inspiration, ideation and knowledge
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform advancements in video output to enhance our content and ensure we stay ahead
Use and learn from platform analytics across video content to improve and develop output

Essential: Demonstrable experience as a video editor/content producer in an agency or for a rightsholder in sport
Essential: A sharp eye for detail across video content – from optimisation to subtitles
Essential: Demonstrable experience capturing content on the ground at eventsEssential: Experience working with high-profile talent, brands and/or organisations
Essential: Experience delivering best-in-class creative video content
Essential: Experience of working in sport
Essential: Experience working closely with and alongside content/social media managers
