Ben Weisfeld is the Founder & CEO of Ten Toes, a leading sports agency. He has been recognised as one of the 40 under 40 Leaders in Sport and has led Ten Toes to win multiple awards, including Sports Industry Young Agency of the Year Award in 2021 and Agency Of The Year at the 2022 Football Business awards.

Prior to founding Ten Toes at the age of 28, Ben honed his skills for six years as a communications strategist, gaining experience in both London and New York with Anomaly, the pioneering marketing agency.

Global COO

Josh’s experience managing the world’s most renowned sports stars complements his work with clubs, leagues and federations where he draws on time spent overseeing UEFA and Tottenham Hotspur’s digital output.

He has over a decade of experience in the industry and is a long-standing member of the Ten Toes senior management who has helped build the business and team to now service some of the biggest names, brands and rights holders in sport.

Managing Partner - Brand Services

Michael combined his experience at creative agencies with his passion for sports and, beginning with only a single client, has built out the roster of brand clients at Ten Toes to include blue chip global brands such as EA Sports, AB InBev, Beats By Dre, McDonald’s, Revolut, Playstation, KFC, Porsche and Just Eat Takeaway.

Alongside this, he has led on our branded content integrations with rights holders, ensuring world-class campaigns that connect brands, talent and fans.

Business Growth Director

Maddie leads across all new business, marketing and agency growth initiatives. A Sport Industry Group 30 Under 30 leader, and Leaders Club member, Maddie is passionate about growing the visibility and viability of women’s sport.


She has a depth of experience activating alongside brands, teams and rights holders in sport, culturally, operationally and strategically.

Content Strategy Director

Before joining Ten Toes in October 2022, Tom worked for the English Football Association, leading on their digital output across multiple brands, including the England national teams.

Tom has also gained extensive experience leading social teams at Southampton Football Club and UAE-based sports newspaper Sport 360. Since arriving at Ten Toes, Tom has supported our work with clubs, federations and brands, helping our clients create stronger connections with their audiences.

Social Media Director

Ella joined Ten Toes in 2022 and has quickly risen through the ranks, helping to deliver standout work for FIFA, The FA, and the Barclays Women’s Super League. She plays a central role in shaping digital strategies across some of the sport’s biggest moments.

Before Ten Toes, she led record growth for the WSL’s channels at The FA and gained agency experience covering major events including the Netball World Cup and Women’s T20 World Cup.

Partnerships Director

Sam is Partnerships Director at Ten Toes, where he delivers global partnerships on behalf of both our talent and brand clients, helping to create impactful collaborations across football and wider sport.

He brings over 15 years of experience in the sports industry, including a decade at adidas managing club partnerships in the UK before moving into global player marketing, working with stars such as Jude Bellingham and Mohamed Salah.

Talent Lead
Josh joined Ten Toes in 2020 and has risen to become our Talent Lead, representing leading names in sport such as Gabriel Martinelli, Maro Itoje and Bruno Fernandes.

In 2023, he was selected for the Sports Industry Next Gen programme and named on the Ones to Watch list at the Football Black List. He also continues to support our work with clubs and federations, having completed a secondment with Arsenal’s digital team.
