CONTENT & CLIENT LEAD
Ten Toes is searching for an experienced Content & Client Lead to join our team and act as the primary contact overseeing our relationship with leading sports rightsholders. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with a key client, ensuring that our shared strategic goals are met and that we deliver to the highest of standards across all touchpoints.
We want someone who is a natural relationship builder – both with clients, but also the internal team they will oversee. The role holder will be someone who understands the sports industry landscape and can navigate the requirements of high-profile stakeholders and support a team across the day-to-day delivery.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in content and account management, as well as client services. You will be the ‘face’ of the agency for the client, requiring an ability to manage relationships, handle high-pressure situations and identify growth and innovation opportunities within the account.
For this role, we need an individual who is a great communicator and effective people manager. You will oversee a dedicated team, providing guidance, structure, objective setting and ensuring the day-to-day output remains best-in-class throughout.The successful candidate will be proactive, confident in presenting and proposing new ideas, and possess the meticulous attention to detail required to manage complex workflows and budgets. Our Content & Client Lead will be the main contact for the client relationship, responsible for the day-to-day management of a key account and the internal delivery team. You will ensure that all projects and work are delivered on time, to the highest of standards, while aligning with the client on key objectives and deliverables. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight, hands-on people management and strong client communication.

Act as the primary daily contact for the client, building trust and maintaining a deep understanding of their business goals.
Lead and manage an internal team, ensuring clear communication of client requirements and project deadlines.
Oversee the delivery of content and campaigns, ensuring they align with the agreed-upon strategy and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal department heads (Design, Production and Senior Leadership) to ensure seamless execution of client briefs.
Manage account performance; ensuring all reporting requirements are delivered and recommendations for growth are provided.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and reporting sessions, providing actionable insights based on performance.
Work closely with Senior Leadership to identify opportunities to expand the scope of work through proactive ideas and strategic recommendations.
Ensure all output meets the high quality and attention to detail expected by the agency and the client.
Oversee the team’s scheduling and capacity to effectively deliver for the client.
Work closely with other Client Leads within the agency to collaborate on content, ideas and workflows that can be of benefit to other teams.
Ability to support the team with social media channel management when required due to peak periods or annual leave.
Work with our strategy and consultancy team to deliver strategic guidance and playbooks to clients on a project-by-project basis
Oversee the delivery of major events and projects; understanding when and how to upscale the delivery team as required

Essential: Demonstrable experience in account management or client services within a sports marketing agency or for a rightsholder.
Essential: A minimum of three years leading a team working within sports; rightsholder, agency or brand.
Essential: Proven experience managing and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Essential: Experience working with high-profile talent, brands, and/or sports organisations.
Essential: Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets and project timelines.
Essential: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Essential: Strong understanding of the social media landscape and how it integrates into broader marketing strategies.
Essential: Willingness to work weekends in line with the sporting calendar when required.
Desirable: Knowledge of production processes and workflows for digital and social content.
Desirable: Experience using analytics and reporting tools to demonstrate ROI to clients.
Desirable: Some knowledge, and a desire to enhance existing know-how, regarding how AI can improve workflows, processes and delivery
