ALESSIA RUSSO FOUR PART-DOCU SERIES ON INSTAGRAM

With excitement building for the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 this summer, Lionesses star Alessia Russo is set to offer fans a unique insight into her life through a docu-style content series hosted on her Instagram.

Alessia Russo is one of the most exciting and visible names in the women's game. As her profile continues to grow both on and off the pitch, so too does fans’ curiosity to understand the person behind the player.

The four-part content series, developed in partnership between Meta, Wasserman and Ten Toes, is designed to deepen the connection Alessia has with her fan base and enable people to hear directly from her and those she is closest to.

The episodes explore Alessia’s journey as a player, her efforts to balance her different time commitments, and the responsibility she feels to help drive the women’s game forward.

Michael Johnson, Managing Partner at Ten Toes, said: “This docu-series represents yet another step in our ongoing efforts as an agency to provide fans with unparalleled insight into Alessia - both as an athlete and as a person. It has been great to work with Meta on this series as part of her “Athletes For Purpose” work on Instagram - to leverage her platforms to deliver genuine and engaging content that not only captivates her existing audience but also attracts new fans.”

Luca Russo, Vice President Women’s Football Europe at Wasserman, added: “It has been a privilege for Wasserman, Ten Toes, and Meta to join forces and collaborate in capturing this defining moment in Alessia’s journey, providing audiences with unprecedented access and perspective into the women’s game. More than just her story, it marks a meaningful step forward in elevating the visibility and recognition of female athletes across sport."

Ten Toes helps bring talent, brands, and sports organisations closer to their fans - and one another.
