CONTENT EXECUTIVE

The holder of this role will support our team of Content and Social Media Managers with channel and content management support across Ten Toes’ client portfolio. They will play a supporting role in building content plans, identifying community management and engagement opportunities and spotting social trends.

  • The holder of this role will support our team of Content and Social Media Managers with channel and content management support across Ten Toes’ client portfolio. They will play a supporting role in building content plans, identifying community management and engagement opportunities and spotting social trends.

    The role holder, who will be required to work weekends, will have a passion for storytelling and social media, as well as the ability to collaborate with colleagues and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

    • Building content plans, ideas, and activations alongside our Content and Social Media Managers.

    • Preparing and distributing content across digital platforms.

    • Providing insights and analysis to inform and optimise content performance.

    • Identifying community management and engagement opportunities across client channels.

    • Collaborating with internal Ten Toes teams on creative, strategic, and reporting work.

    • Staying on top of sports and social culture, news, and fan conversations to spot content opportunities.

    • Joining planning and creative sessions, both internally and with clients

    • Essential: 1-2 years of experience publishing content across digital platforms.

    • Essential: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    • Essential: Experience feeding into content and activation plans.

    • Desirable: Strong rugby knowledge and interest in wider sport generally.

    • Desirable: An understanding of how to analyse the performance of content..

    • Desirable: Experience working in sports media or with sporting organisations.

    • Desirable: Understanding of editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro.

    • Desirable: Some knowledge, and a desire to enhance existing know-how, regarding how AI can improve workflows, processes and delivery
