CONTENT manager

Ten Toes is searching for a Content Manager with a strong passion for sport – and rugby in particular – to support one of our clients. The role aims to bring rugby stories and community to life through smart content planning, publishing and distribution, helping build deeper connections with audiences of the game.

  • The holder of this role will provide day-to-day content management and creative support to one of Ten Toes’ key clients. They will be responsible for building content plans, publishing and distributing content, analysing performance, and identifying opportunities for community engagement.

    The role will require strong rugby knowledge, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage direct client relationships, while collaborating with the wider Ten Toes team. The role holder will be required to work weekends.

    • Building content plans, ideas, and activations in direct partnership with the client.

    • Publishing and distributing content across digital platforms.

    • Providing insights and analysis to inform and optimise content performance.

    • Identifying community management and engagement opportunities across client channels.

    • Collaborating with internal Ten Toes teams on creative, strategic, and reporting work.

    • Staying on top of rugby culture, news, and fan conversations to spot content opportunities.

    • A key day-to-day contact for the client, joining client-led planning and creative sessions as and when required.

    • Essential: Strong rugby knowledge and interest.

    • Essential: Demonstrable experience creating and publishing content across digital platforms.

    • Essential: Experience in reporting and analysing content performance.

    • Essential: Strong knowledge of how to build effective content plans.

    • Essential: Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

    • Desirable: Experience working in sports media or with sporting organisations.

    • Desirable: Experience with analytics tools and software.

    • Desirable: Understanding of editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro.

    • Desirable: Some knowledge, and a desire to enhance existing know-how, regarding how AI can improve workflows, processes and delivery
