CONTENT STRATEGIST
Ten Toes is recruiting for a Content Strategist to provide strategic support to its clients, helping them build deeper relationships with their audiences and stakeholders.The successful applicant will work with sports organisations, brands and talent, providing consultative guidance through the development of best-in-class strategies, tactics and content activations.

We require an individual who will help service our relationships with sports organisations, brands and talent, to whom we provide a number of services, including strategic guidance, content inspiration and ideation, data-driven insight and day-to-day channel management.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with, or alongside, a sports rightsholder or brand, a detailed understanding of how best to solve strategic challenges and experience unlocking new, industry-leading opportunities through content and social.
The role holder will become an integral part of our content and channel management team, working closely with our channel managers and consultants to deliver strategic frameworks, actionable insights and define how clients can grow, engage and connect with their audiences.
Ultimately, we need someone who knows how to translate our clients’ business – and social – objectives into world-class channel strategies or content activations, and support our team in bringing those to life.
It goes without saying that the successful applicant will need to be passionate, dedicated and sociable. This role will involve dealing with a range of stakeholders and, as such, communication will be key. The role holder will also need to be adept at presenting ideas and proposals to clients.

The holder of this role will work across Ten Toes’ client portfolio, including sports organisations, global brands and high-profile talent to help them build deeper relationships with their audiences and stakeholders.
The role holder will deliver best-in-class strategic guidance – both long-term and on a project-by-project basis – alongside data-driven analysis, actionable recommendations and content inspiration that aligns back to the client’s business objectives.
They will also be expected to provide ongoing support and guidance to our team of channel managers, ensuring we maintain the highest standards and quality of service for our clients. -
Leading the creation and development of comprehensive digital channel and content strategies for rightsholders, brands and talent
Providing project-by-project – or ad-hoc – insight, solutions and strategic recommendations in response to client briefs
Delivering content ideas, inspiration and frameworks for existing – and potential – clients
Compiling data-driven reporting for internal and external stakeholders to help shape strategic recommendations and future thinking
Responding to client briefs, queries
Supporting the wider digital channel/content team in the execution of strategies
Assisting with and contributing to the process of winning new business
Ensuring we stay on the pulse with platform updates and industry developments
Providing strategic insight to colleagues working across sports organisations, brands and talent to inform responses to briefs
Providing industry insight and analysis across Ten Toes’ own channels
Delivering creative and insight sessions to our clients and internally at Ten Toes

Demonstrable experience of creating comprehensive digital channel/content strategies for brands, talent or sports organisations
Best-in-class knowledge and understanding of the modern digital landscape
Clear evidence of strategic thinking and problem solving
Understanding of how to drive commercial growth and increase income
Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders from a range of backgrounds and disciplines
Experience of using analytics tools and software to assess content and channel performance
Experience working for or with a sports rightsholder or brand is preferred
