CREATIVELY POWERING THE NEXT ROUND WITH MATCHROOM BOXING

Matchroom Boxing recently launched a new brand identity, marking an important milestone for one of the world’s leading boxing promoters.

As part of our ongoing strategic consultancy with Matchroom, we played a key role in supporting the rebrand’s content rollout, from the early planning stages through to launch and beyond.

Working alongside the internal content team at Matchroom, a creative workshop was held to understand the new brand’s core values and how best to introduce the new look in a way that felt genuine and connected with their audience.

Following the workshop, we collaborated with Matchroom’s in-house content team to develop the content rollout plan for the initial launch phase. This included guidance on release times for various content formats and a creative concept for one of the key video pieces around the launch.

The brand launch has been met with lots of great feedback from Matchroom’s fans and those in the industry, with plenty of positivity towards the way in which Chairman Eddie Hearn and CEO Frank Smith played their part in ‘revealing’ the new brand through a comedy skit.

We’re looking forward to continuing to support Matchroom with strategic guidance and consultancy over the coming months as the brand continues to develop across their platforms.
