NEW ROLE: CONTENT MANAGER

What we are looking for

Ten Toes is searching for a Content Manager with a strong passion for sport – and rugby in particular – to support one of our clients. The role aims to bring rugby stories and community to life through smart content planning, publishing and distribution, helping build deeper connections with audiences of the game.

The successful candidate will be the direct link between Ten Toes and our client on a day-to-day basis, responsible for shaping and delivering content plans, ideas and content and channel management.

We are looking for someone who understands how best to connect sports organisations with their communities and online audiences, and has experience across planning, distributing and analysing content to know what makes an impact. If you thrive in a fast-moving sports environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Your day to day

No two days will look the same, but you can expect to:

  • Work directly with our client to build and execute content plans, ideas, and activations.

  • Support the ongoing development of a clear strategy, as well as its implementation across client channels.

  • Publish and distribute content across multiple platforms, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to the highest quality.

  • Provide insights and analysis to inform and improve future content.

  • Identify opportunities for community management and engagement, helping the client strengthen relationships with rugby fans.

  • Collaborate with Ten Toes colleagues to make sure everything aligns with broader strategy and creative direction.

  • Join meetings with the client and manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong rugby knowledge and genuine interest in sport generally.

  • Experience creating and publishing content across digital platforms.

  • The ability to analyse performance and spot opportunities for improvement.

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication skills.

  • Passion and creativity to bring bold content ideas to life.
